Welcome to OASI. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain the rules for using our website and store (the “Services”). By visiting our site, browsing or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
We have written these Terms in plain English where we can — but they still include important legal details about things like warranties and liability.
1) Using our site & creating an account
To use OASI, you must be 16 or over.
If you create an account, please keep your login details safe and make sure the information you provide is accurate and up to date. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Accounts cannot be sold, transferred or shared.

We do our best to represent products accurately, including colours and details. However, screens and device settings can affect how items look, so slight differences may occur.
Product descriptions, pricing and availability may change from time to time. We may also limit quantities or stop selling a product at any point.
3) Placing orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We will confirm acceptance by email once your payment is processed and your order is approved.
We may decline or cancel an order in limited circumstances (for example, if an item is out of stock, there is a pricing error or we suspect fraud). If we do, we will do our best to contact you using the details you provided.
Once an order is accepted, we may not always be able to cancel it — please double-check before checkout.

5) Shipping & delivery
We pack and dispatch orders with care. Any delivery times shown are estimates, not guarantees.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or events outside our control. Once your order has been passed to the delivery carrier, responsibility for delivery sits with the carrier. If anything goes wrong, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

All content on the OASI website — including text, imagery, graphics, product descriptions and overall design — is owned by OASI or used with permission and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws.
The OASI logo is a registered trademark of OASI. Other names, product titles and branding elements may also be protected by intellectual property rights, even if not formally registered.
You are welcome to browse and enjoy our content for personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any part of our website or branding for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Your personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

If you choose to share feedback, ideas, reviews or suggestions, you give us permission to use them to operate, improve, and promote OASI (for example, reposting reviews). You confirm that anything you submit is yours to share and does not violate anyone else’s rights.

From time to time, our site may contain errors (like typos, pricing mistakes or availability issues). We reserve the right to correct these and, if needed, cancel affected orders (even after checkout). If that happens, we will contact you.
