Shipping policy
At OASI, every order is prepared with care and intention. We aim to make your delivery experience as smooth and mindful as your shopping one.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3 – 5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
You’ll receive:
- A confirmation email once your order is placed
- A dispatch email once your order has been shipped
During busy periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as each order is carefully prepared.
2. Shipping Within the UK
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

- Aims to deliver within 2 business days after dispatch
- Includes full tracking from dispatch to delivery
- Provides delivery notifications and confirmation
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to factors outside our control.
3. Shipping Costs
We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of £3.95 on all UK orders.
This covers delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 48, including full tracking and delivery confirmation.
Any free shipping promotions (if available) will be clearly displayed at checkout.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel’s journey.
5. Delivery Issues
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:
- Please check your tracking link first
- If you still need support, contact us at customercare@oasi.uk with your order number
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
6. Lost or Damaged Parcels
We take great care when packing your order. If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos (if applicable)
We’ll assist you as quickly as possible.
7. International Shipping
At this time, we ship within the UK only.
