Returns & Refunds

 

At OASI, we believe shopping should feel mindful and reassuring — and that includes peace of mind if something isn’t quite right.

We hope you love every item you receive, but if you need to make a return, we’re here to help.


Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Individual items must be unused, unworn, and unopened
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, with any tags intact
  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation) is required

 

To start a return, please email us at returns@oasi.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return
  • A brief reason for the return

If your return is approved, we’ll send you clear instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at returns@oasi.uk within 7 days of delivery, including photos and a short description. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible with a replacement or refund.


Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Beauty, skincare, wellness and personal care items once opened
  • Opened teas, candles and consumable products
  • Custom or personalised items
  • Sale items and gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, please get in touch — we’re always happy to advise.


Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you’d like a different item, simply return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 – 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • Bank processing times may vary
